The Stranger
by Albert Camus
Try not to mention a woman's breasts every time she's mentioned challenge: failed
This was beautifully written, it's unsettling and bleak, Camus' abolitionism shined through. I think I would have LOVED this a few years ago, but the commentary on humanity feels shallow now, having examined and changed my own views of the world from a similar perspective as m/c.
3 stars, recognize it's merit, wasn't for me. And the racism sucked.
