Eva in the Spotlight: A Branches Book
by Rebecca Elliott
My kid loves Owl Diaries, but this is probably my favourite book in the series. I liked that Sue was portrayed in a less one dimensional way, and that Eva wasn't the star of the show (at least not entirely) and that she faced a conflict, asked for help, and got through it.
It seemed longer than many of the other Owl Diaries books (in a good way), and if this is the direction the series is going to go, I'm glad.
