If I'm being honest, I wasn't sure what I was getting into when I decided to listen to this audiobook. Well, I thought I was going to be reading a nonfiction book on the #MeToo movement and feminism...what I got was some #MeToo and a lot of shoving of hatred for President Trump and the Right in wherever she could.

I didn't need to hear Trump tweets read aloud to me when I still have a Twitter and see them for myself. I didn't need to hear her reasoning for deactivating her Twitter several times (spending too much time on the app blocking trolls and seeing Trump tweets).

I thought the opening with her telling the story of her husband and 'Larry Barry' in the dive bar was a great way to set the tone of how the book would continue on to talk about the #MeToo era (later proved wrong on that one).

I did enjoy hearing her thoughts on the #MeToo movement and what exactly has occurred with Harvey Weinstein and Bill Cosby. I also enjoyed hearing more background on her book/show, Shrill.
