This book was a little all over the place for me. For starters, it didn’t really feel like an MC novel. It had none of the stuff we come to love about the trope.
Also, the timeline is all over the place. All the action happens in a rush, but the build up travels at a normal speed. Because of this it feels a bit info dumpy.
I also found some of the writing a bit stilted.
In relation to Snowfall, I really found it to not be necessary at all to read.
This as an okay book, with some pretty big flaws. It’s not a favourite, sorry.
