Megan Fox has obviously experienced a lot of trauma and mistreatment and I hope she is feeling safe now. You can tell how angry she is in her poetry. I enjoyed the references she made to Shakespeare and Greek legends and movies. I think my favorite poem was on page 53. But I really wish she had used more poetic and metaphoric language in her poems, more show and less tell. Sometimes I think her titles were better than the poems themselves. Some of them were just one sentence which I didn’t like.
