Very slow-paced but it does have quite a lot of cute and also funny moments!
It is a bit annoying how often is mentioned that they are in a *secret* relationship, even though I actually do like the secret relationship trope...
Maybe because it's clearly stressing Chidori out, and the friends also seem supportive of queers? At least there was a chapter that more or less confirmed that the friends aren't homophobic.
I do get it's not that easy, but I do hope they (esp. Chidori) find the courage to tell them soon.
The highlights were when they held hands, which happened twice in this volume!
The funniest moment for me probably was the messaging scene (esp. with the friends' reactions) and the scene in the nurse room (with the nurse's obliviousness). XD
That one comment of Chidori thinking hugging her crush is shameful, left me a bit icky. I hope that was a translation mistake, because why would hugging someone be shameful?? If it meant "holding" or kissing, okay, but hugging??
