I liked this second chance historical romance, it's got a contemporary feel and you cannot help rooting for the characters.
Kate is a strong willed woman and Brandon and interesting character.
The only fault is that sometimes it seems a story about the difficulty of communicating and you cannot help thinking "Why don't they talk ?" but I understand it's an literary device.
It's well written, engrossing and entertaining.
Recommended.
