I just love this. I feel like this is a must-read and considering its brevity, I think it's also a can-read for anyone. Tremblay utilizes the format of a short story beautifully. The storyline, perspective, and themes mesh beautifully to create a compelling and gripping story that moves you to some lasting impressions. Both introspective, deeply thoughtful, and still a page-turner... this is definitely an instant favorite of mine.
