This series was amazing from start to finish. The characters are so well written that you really start to feel for them. While they go through their lives you start to feel their heartbreak, their pain and their joy. The plot is wonderful and pulls you through every chapter and every book as you hope with the characters that everything will turn out fine.
In the first book The Knife of Never Letting Go you have one character you follow, in the second, The Ask and the Answer Patrick Ness adds another and finally in this one is another character but he does it in such a way as the story is still so easy to follow and understand that adding other characters points of view actually adds to the story as a whole.
