I enjoyed To Love Jason Thorn and this shifts the focus to Olive’s best friend Lucy. I love reading books where you already have some idea what the characters are like without it just being an extension of the previous story. The pacing towards the end of the book felt like a lot at once but otherwise it’s really hard not to fall for a protective and loving father and his super cute five year old son.
