This was one of those graphic novels where like "oh that was pretty good" and sometimes that's good enough.

Alec (A lot of Alec names in my comics now days) is immortal. Well, he can get shot in the head, heart, and pretty much anywhere and come back. So him and his buddy, a fuck up, get killed but he comes back. He decides to use this new gift to take down the people who got himself and his best friend kill. While doing that we also have a flashback of how he met his best friend in college.

Good: Solid art with pretty fun dialog. Sure, it's mostly just shouting and going 'What the fuck" but it worked for the setting. I also enjoyed the ending and thought it was a solid fuck you.

Bad: Feels kind of aimless though. Like you didn't have a main villain and when you did it still wasn't strong enough to make an impression. I also thought the pacing was all over the place.

Overall it was a fun little story. Good Hoopla read for sure. I don't know if I'll remember it in a year but for now, it's a solid 2.5-3 out of 5.
