My thoughts: I saw the vampire ballerina and knew it was something my niece would like to read. We read it together for the first time and I'm happy with my decision to buy it for her. It emphasized the need to keep trying and practicing which is a great message for children. Vampirina Ballerina wasn't the best to start but she put in the work and came out on top. A prefect choice for my niece.
