A Night At The Tropicana packs a punch. This novella had striking descriptions of Cuba in the 1930s and served as an escape from my current snowy reality. Natalie’s excitement about being in Cuba and at the opening of the Tropicana nightclub was infectious and I really enjoyed this short story. I would like to pick up a full-length title written by Cleeton in the near future as I admire her writing style and am interested in learning more about Cuban culture.
