I am convinced a robot wrote this. 
And/or it's obvious this guy is the problem in his interactions 
It only gets helpful toward the end when he cites another researcher's thoughts on dialogue. I'd skip the rest, really the final chapter, or even better look up whoever he is citing and read them instead
