This autobiography would be highly recommended to fans of Augusten Burroughs and the like. Sessums illustrates very clearly his life in the South as he discovers and comes to terms with his homosexuality. The wide array of friends and acquaintances keep the book interesting, and Sessums can easily make you feel as if you are right there with him.
