another graphic novel that i was assured would work so well for people that try to find some that work for non graphic novel readers - but this wasn’t for me.

the idea itself was cute and could have worked! i wanted to love that it was so easily and freely showing lgbt+ rep and make it as it is - normal.

but the art wasn’t working for me, not even sure why? but it just wasn’t.

and the story itself had a strange timing for me - exchanging pacing between racing almost too fast to what was going on and moving way to slowly for no apparent reason.

also was magic known or not because at one point it was treated as of it was just a normal part of the world that it existed and some people just had it but than all of a sudden it was treated as if it had to be hidden from most people?

i found the plot and how it was build also a bit too weak and it didn’t work for me.

all in all?
sorry.

another fail for me.
