I was given the chance to read A Life Unplanned in order to provide my thoughts. Seeing it was a love story that formed at Comic-Con my geeky little heart jumped on the opportunity. A Life Unplanned is a multiple point-of-view steamy romance that follows Sadie Jones and Theo Reynolds (Beaudin) from a meet-cute to a strong loving relationship. This novel takes place over a number of years, it tackles many difficult subjects (illness, miscarriage, murder, cancer, and more) while wrapping itself into a lovely story. There was a number of nerd-tastic references throughout the story, there was a very strong display of family (and found family) love and determination. I was drawn to both Sadie and Theo and just needed to know what was coming next. It was definitely an emotional roller-coaster read that kept me hooked from beginning to end.
