A book full of annoying and nasty characters, with almost no redeeming qualities. Sometimes I like unlikeable main characters, but not in this case.

I was also so confused for a lot of the book - mainly due to there being two generations with the same names, and everyone being related. 

And cousin on cousin romance rubs me the wrong way. Didn't see this as a romantic book in any sense.

I did enjoy the writing style though, so that's one positive.
