I wasn't sure what to expect from a book with such an assuming title. You know what they say about assuming right?? I thought maybe this was going to be a NSF sex crazed erotic book.

So when it turned out to be a really sweet and funny love story with strong family ties I was pleasantly surprised. Both Bruce and Natasha are likable, caring, relatable individuals.

Don't get me wrong, Bruce was definitely an asshole for a chunk of the book. However with his POV it was nice to know his motivations and insecurities and helped me not roll my eyes so hard that they got stuck in the back of my head. I also loved how his brother could so easily push his buttons or call him on his shit. Bruce is a good man and not in a sexy (which he is) hero way but just kind hearted in general and I appreciated that.

What I liked about Natasha is that she was so incredibly clueless. Her clumsiness wasn't oversold. She wasn't Mr. Bean but she had her moments. The faux pas were what made her endearing. I also liked that she was inexperienced and was able to communicate that without embarrassment. And that her lack of experience didn't turn get turned into a 50 shades kink thing.

Overall I really liked this story and hope the rest of the series is an enjoyable.
