the romance in this book? non-existent. they just fuck nonstop. yawn.
nick is a cop (first red flag) that continuously calls evelina a ‘bitch’ (second red flag), which is crazy because the only entertaining part of this story was evelina’s entire personality and character. she says ‘i love you’ and he says ‘thank you’. she punches a guy for disrespecting her and he thinks she’s the crazy one.
i support women’s rights but more importantly i support women’s wrongs.
this book solidified the decision that i won’t continue the series.
