this series deserves all the praise. it's clever, heartwarming and binge worthy, with the artwork making everything more epic and monumental. AND it has the found family trope.

that said, it's a cheap move to make you love a character throughout the story just so that their death can be as shocking as possible. now i fear i won't enjoy the next issues without * in them.
