Pardon my language but this series KICKED ASS. I should use language in the vain of the book. Horror, Magic, heart, and depth all rolled into six books of darkly excellent illustrations. After the history lesson of book 5, it was time to conquer evil, if it could be conquered. Who lives, and who dies may surprise some, may not. But for sure it will be a bloody good read.
