How to Stay Married: The Most Insane Love Story Ever Told
by Harrison Scott Key
challenging
emotional
hopeful
medium-paced
I did not enjoy this book. The author's willingness to admit his own shortcomings and to take some of the blame for his wife's infidelity was admirable, but I didn't like his use of humour or his writing style. It was an interesting story, and I felt for both him and his wife and sympathised with their struggles, but I didn't warm to either of them. And there was altogether too much Jesus for this ex-Christian, although the small church they moved to does seem wonderful.
Graphic: Infidelity, Miscarriage
