i've been wishing for a Quan's book since the first one and after all this time i'm glad to say i wasn't disappointed! helen has a way with her writing that i don't know how to explain, i think she just knows exactly what she's doing. over and over again i find myself falling for her characters and this time wasn't different. by the author notes she confides that part of anna is based on her own story and it's very endearing that she could share this with us. the pacing is great, the characters are lovable and if you enjoyed the previous ones i believe you'll love this as well!
