Daddy December is a quick and steamy holiday read with some of my favorite tropes like best friends’ brother and second chance romance. The plot follows Holly and Nick, two characters who were once deeply connected but drifted apart. Now, with a child in the picture, they’re given a second chance at love.
The narrators, Maxine Mitchell and Scott Rose, bring the story to life with their captivating performances. Maxine Mitchell delivers a stellar performance as always. Scott Rose, while new to me, does a fantastic job capturing Nick’s emotions and making him a believable character.
If you’re looking for a quick, sexy, and heartwarming holiday read, Daddy December is a perfect choice.
