emvdw 's review for:
Life in Code: A Personal History of Technology
by Ellen Ullman
Not at all what I was expecting (i was expecting more "history", less "personal") but I really enjoyed the essays. I found the prose straightforward but beautiful.
The audiobook was good, but it took me a while to get used to the voice/reading style of the author.
