It's not easy to write a book about peace when everything and everyone around screams war.
Reading this book reassured me in my conviction that weapons, military, violence (almost) never solve any conflict and bring lasting peace.
The book is good in showing how and when non-violent political actions like sanctions worked in the past and when they didn't, what it is needed for ending a conflict and how peace that lasts can be brokered.
The two ongoing conflicts (Russia invaded Ukraine and Israel-Palestine) are discussed at the end, however that is too short a section I feel. Solutions are presented but not discussed in depth.
Still a very good, very worthy read.
