The Best of All
by Karla Sorensen
This reminds me of the movie Life As We Know It and it's so good! The book's premise is two not so friendly friends are made godparents to their friends' child and when they suddenly pass away, Zoe and Liam have to raise their friends' daughter. It was sweet and swoony, while also being sad. I loved the journey these two went on and how committed they were to raising Mira. They have to confront about a decade's worth of tension in order to work together to raise Mira, and I loved the heartache and angst, but also the common goal of loving this little girl through the hardest time of all of their lives. It was so good and definitely worth the read. I am looking forward to the next book in the series!
