Omegaverse reverse harem.

This was a pretty quick read but sits in a weird niche. It is omegaverse, but it's own version that is way different from most "typical" omegaverse canon.

The best description I can think of would be mixing Den of Vipers (mafia reverse harem) with Broken Bonds (paranormal reverse harem). However, the first book felt a little cheesy. This series is as close to reality TV as you can get while being a smutty fantasy book.

The plot is a bit wonky at first with book one being mainly set up. Not much happens other than some backstory and establishing rapport. However, once we make it into the second and third book, the action ramps up as well as the sexual tension. I don't know how a book manages to be so sexual and smutty while also being a slow burn for the FMC, but I was living for the anticipation. Once we finally enter pound town, it is definitely smut city.

By the end of book three, I was absolutely buzzing for more. The plot is interesting and chaotic. Even as an experienced fantasy reader, I was thrown for a loop by some of the reveals along the way.

The main plot line continues in book 4, but we switch FMC's for the remaining 3 of 6.

This series is very self-aware, which does not come across fully in book one but becomes more apparent by book two and beyond.
