An Enchantment of Ravens

i actually really liked this! what a shock, i'm not the biggest fan of faerie books. very few have ever caught my attention with both a wonderful world and fleshed out characters, but this one had both.
the world was so lush and gorgeous, descriptions of each court and the land isabel resided in were what i needed to feel attached. the characters had minds of their own; personalities that came off the page.
i adored the setting of the seasonal courts. that's a concept in faerie stories that i love every time, and this story did it beautifully!
earlier this year, i read a sorcery of thornes and liked it, but this one had magical descriptions and love that i was so enchanted by. both were wonderful, mind you.
