This graphic novel is a wonder for the eyes. It’s a dark tale of special children and their fight for a different life away from abuse and shadows that have been their constant companions. The ending is more than a little abridged. It jumps 30 years into the future, and tells little of what happened. It would have been nice to know what happened in those years.
