This was a fun, edge of your seat story. It definitely went a route I didn't expect at all! I found it difficult to put down, wondering what happened in such a suspicious home. The reason this wasn't a full 5 star read was (for me) because the romance aspect of this felt a bit absurd and unrealistic for me. Tom is supposed to distrust romance, but his falling for Amy took from that and caused some character actions to not quite fit with their motivations. Otherwise it was a great thriller, and I highly recommend it.
