Ehhh

I picked this book from one of Amazon Prime’s monthly First Reads. I did NOT know it was Christian fiction and it was not so bad until about 75% into it and they made entire chapters about Annie’s mission to get Michael to pray for forgiveness. I literally couldn’t read anymore after that. It changed the whole vibe of the book. She leaves her husband for awhile just to be there to get Michael to pray? Nope nope nope. This could’ve been a good read without all that... and Amazon should’ve made it clear this was a Christian book during their First Read previews so I could’ve opted out.
