It took me two false starts to get into this book, as initially I struggled with the writing and the dialogue, finding them a little mindnumbing if I'm brutally honest. BUT, I'm glad I persevered. I actually ended up really enjoying this book, it was an easy read and a good laugh, though my one big peeve was the lack of clarity on timings. What on earth is a cycle, or a five-cycle or two ten-cycles? It took me half of the book to understand what a rota or cycle was.
