I finally read this book after it sat on my TBR for over 3 years. I think I was waiting for the right time. While it seemed a bit long at times, I thoroughly enjoyed it. I love a multi-generational family saga. It reminded me of Saints for All Occasions, A Little Life, and Ask Again, Yes.
