A timely horror story about very real things like queerbaiting, artificial "intelligence" and capitalist greed. It took a while to pick up, but I really enjoyed the inspiration flashbacks, and the second half of the story where Misha took back control of the narrative. I liked that the ending showed a different extreme that was still very much about capitalism and anti-art. Chuck Tingle remains one of my favorite queer horror authors.
