Oh how I wanted to love this one.

I listened to the audiobook of this book. I was so excited to hear one of my favorite narrators, Tara Sands, as Claude. Then halfway through during the "Clauuuuuuuuuuuuuude" chapter, she isn't the narrator? She shows up again later in the book but it was very odd that they switched it up?

Anyways, back to the book review. This book bounced between Lizzie's story and Emma's story. With several unreliable narrators between them. It was so confusing! There was no mention of when the timeline would change, and you just had to figure it out for yourself. I had trouble connecting with any of the characters and although their story was important, I just didn't care. I had a really hard time with this book, and finished it out of spite.

I wouldn't recommend this one to my friends.
