I'm finally getting around to reading this series! Honestly, it feels like a typical YA dystopian book, with influences from The Hunger Games and Divergent. It's a bit like an extreme Bachelor, honestly. Which isn't bad! It just felt like not much happened in this first book.

I'm wondering if the series will get better as it goes on. I am invested in the characters and interested in seeing what's going to happen next!
