I was very curious to read this book by Actress Bella Thorne. It's always interesting to me to see the different talents people can have.

This was a cute story that was kind of Mean Girls with a supernatural twist. I like the idea of this journal and how she's supposed to bring peace to her corner of the world using it's power. I also like that she inevitably ended up learning that she didn't really need the journal to bring peace to some of her friends. And how selfless she was in doing so.

I am looking forward to reading the other books in the series.
