2023 reread:
I know a lot of people weren’t satisfied with the ending to this series but I stand by my original review. I loved how this one ended. I loved all the grisha coming together, Zoya and Genya and David becoming bigger parts of the story made it all so much better. I loved all the Nikolai and I’m so glad we got more of his story later on in King of Scars. I loved that Mal and Alina got their happy ending and it suited them so well … I really think this series is perfection.

That was such a great ending to the series.
And I totally thought the ending to the book would be different but it was so satisfying.
I loved all the action in this book and I loved that all the grisha came together in this one. It was so much more fun reading about Alina and Mal when they were with Zoya and Genya and David...
I really hope Leigh Bardugo writes more books set in the Grisha world!
