The Shadow of the Gods was the first book that I read from John Gwynne. I absolutely loved his writing and how he mixed the character building and storytelling. The story follows three povs Varg, Elvar, and Orka. Varg has been added to my favorite characters list. I will be reading more from John Gwynne!
