Too real-life scary for me, as the eerie obsession wasn't really eerie just straight up stalking, kidnapping (of an adult), and sexual assault.

The writing has potential, the subject matter just wasn't for me. I felt the circumstances of the story were yanking the heroine around, and I was just too worried for her to enjoy the romance arc.
