"This was what I’d been searching for. Except it was more."

This one cracked my heart then slowly stitched it back together by the end.
I never expected this type of story for Elliot & Ander going off of what I seen previously.

The pain was right there, I got teary eyed as I was reading Elliot's POV. Loving someone who doesn't know but loving someone for as long as he has Ander is always going to be hard.
Do you let go or keep everything buried?
Elliot & Ander have been a part of each others lives since they can remember, best of friends. The type of friendship that can withstand anything, or so they thought. Being best friends is who they are, they love each other..as best friends do, right?

There was a lot to love about this book and Ander was the comedic relief when the emotions were too much. Ander was not a complicated person at all, he let you know how he was feeling and what he wanted to say upfront. Unless you were his best friend and you were hiding your feelings from him. Elliot, this sweet boy, he gripped my heart and held on so tight right until the end. Loving your best friend since forever was always going to be hard, he just never realized how hard.

Everything that was in their story just oozed happily ever after but it would take time to get there.
Spice was the sweet cute type, first times and only for you's were exchanged so it was a different kind of spice.
Emotions are thrown everywhere..
All the humor from Ander & JJ..
The angst.. it's so good
The not so miscommunication but I'll talk to everyone but you vibe..
Not a slow or fast burn but I have loved you always..

“Loving you is easy. So easy. Everything we did felt so natural and so right, and when I started falling for you, it was effortless."

These footballers are something else, first Liam and now Ander.
