The very worst thing about this book is that you don’t get to see enough of the science-y stuff that Cole does. :-(

The very best thing about this book is the end. I absolutely loved the way it ended. In fact, I almost considered this as sci-fi as well because of how Cole is looking for a cure, but I didn’t feel it really went far enough into the science of the possible cure. Still, the cop was a surprise for me as was how much I enjoyed the ending. It is rare that I rate a book further along in a series higher than a previous book…
