I really enjoyed reading this book, once I picked it up it was fairly difficult to put it down again. The plot was great. Instead of being a tearjerker about the emotional journey of a cancer suffering teen (I have no problem with these books), this story focuses mainly on Greg's point of view ('friend' of cancer sufferer Rachel). He is very cynical, completely sarcastic and does not mess around with words. It's different from other books I've read and it genuinely did make me laugh at times. For me, I couldn't rate it higher as I just didn't feel a connection with the characters in the book at all. I don't know why, I wanted to, but I just couldn't.

I recommend this book if you're looking for a good laugh, but be aware that the books contains a fair amount of swearing.
