Ahh gosh, this was just so heartbreakingly sweet and bittersweet. I think so many kids will relate to Albie's struggles with school and the knowledge that he's not meeting his expectations. The book is great at showing the unfairness of his situation without dwelling on it? OH, I don't even know how to describe this one really, just top-notch realistic fiction.
