If I Was Your Girl
by Meredith Russo
I'm SO glad I finally picked this book up. I'd put it on my 17 TBR for 2017, and I'm glad I did. If I didn't, I have no idea when i would've picked it up and that would have been really a shame because this book is magnificent.
This book is about a girl that used to be a boy and it is done wonderfully. This book claimed a piece of my heart. This book is everything. It will make you understand transgenders better, boys will understand better what it's like to be a girl, and girls will understand better what it's like to be a boy. ALL IN 1 BOOK! It is amazing. I love this book with all my hearts and lungs and every organ and my whole body.
The author knows what she is talking about. And after you've read this book (what I highly recommend you to do, especially if you like diversity read but really, just if you can read a book you should read this), so after you've read the book, you should definitely read the note from the author and the few lines about the author, because it just gives the book a bit of extra glory, it deserves an extra star on the given 5*, just for those pages. This book deserves a million stars. Really.
