A baker and a diner owner.. sign me up!
Jason & Nico are super cute together and when I say super cute I include the little people because they add to them.

I never expected to get so caught up in a book before, as a baker myself I am intrigued at some of Jason's pie creations. An attempt may have to be maid on the apple for sure!

Jason surprised me, not because he was married and has kids but just in the way his story unfolded and delicately in a way so when Nico comes along he just slides right in place like apples in the syrup of a pie.
Nico is someone who is a fixer but not in an intense way, at least that was how he came across to me. Stepping up when he is needed is a prime example but also he turns out to be the support for Jason but in a way that Jason doesn't expect to need.

The one scene in this book, phew Duckie! The no hesitance, just right now! You know which one I am talking about.

Overall a very quick read for me and a cute one at that. I love me some men who own who they are and the lives they lead.
