The Immortalists
by Chloe Benjamin
Beautiful and emotional
It’s the first fun book I’ve read in a while (law students have little time for fun) and so I definitely over read and did so too quickly at first.
The book is well paced, making you care about the characters and giving them their own place. It does get awkwardly intimate in Simon’s story (and I did happen to take a break after Klara’s story) but I think overall it went well.
I was crying at points so bring tissues!
