i love this book. i feel depressed. i wish i could write a review that actually put it down my feelings and convince people to read it at the same time, but i've never been good at this. so! i just want to say i love how emily has a perfect way of making you feel like you're inside the book and the characters are familiar; it's like listening a friend telling a story that happened with them. and the timing, she always gets the right timing for the events to happen (what is, personally, something TOO important in romances). and ohhh the mortifying ordeal of being known. imagine someone knowing you like alex and poppy know each other (could never be me) and that's why it gave me depression but YEAH. it's amazing. friends to lovers can take you off your feet when well written and emily did that. so yes! read this! thank you
